Bob Topp
Executive Director, WRAFT
Bob Topp has a long history of involvement in property tax and assessment issues in both Seguin Township and the District of Muskoka. He is a past President and Director of the Lake Rosseau North Association and a past Director of the Muskoka Lakes Association. Over the last decade he has taken the lead in two successful group assessment appeals in the Muskoka area and in 2001-02 was a member of the Muskoka Municipal Taxation Task Force which made a number of recommendations for property tax reform. He is a fourth generation cottager and spends as much of his summer as possible at his cottage on the north end of Lake Rosseau.
