WRAFT Organizational Changes

As noted in Cliff Hatch's comments, effective January 1 Terry Rees will assume the position of Executive Director of WRAFT. Terry is Executive Director of FOCA, the Federation of Ontario Cottagers' Association and has been a Director of WRAFT since its formation in 2004.
Bob will continue as a Director of WRAFT and Chairman of CAPTR and will, along with Cliff Hatch and Al Morson, provide ongoing support to Terry in his new position. Following are new coordinates for Terry as well as a change of address for Bob.
